the sneaker was made without the agreed design. the sole I chose and paid for was not used when I mention it from the pictures I was told the light made it wrong .. a flat out lie .. the color of one of the samples was completely wrong.. the pictures was edited to show color I paid for but the light box pictures showed true color when I mention it I was told the light box made it different than what it really was which was another lie.. I applied for a refund and was denied. we had a conversation and the rep agrees to make a free sample the correct way to insure I cancel the refund request. now two months later I’m told I have to pay for the new sample and all the other agreements as far as bulk order prior to payment she refuses to agree to now.

The blue color of the sample is consistent with the design drawing, because the photos provided are taken in different light, so there is a color difference.
